Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15 Phoenix Medical Supplies are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools and perform manual testing to ensure our software meets the highest standards. This role is crucial to maintaining the extremely high standards of our medical supply chain and ensuring we meet and exceed both regulatory requirements and customer expectations. What You’ll Do
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will: Develop and peer review automated test cases, ensuring they adhere to internal standards and industry best practices. Create comprehensive manual test cases using Zephyr Enterprise and assist with program and system tests. Generate and monitor bug reports, updating Jira and Zephyr in line with testing processes. Comply with standards set by the Test Manager, understand software and business requirements, and provide feedback on specifications. Effectively use Jira, Confluence, and other required systems, maintaining high standards in Kanban boards. Develop detailed knowledge of retail and wholesale distribution systems, and communicate effectively with colleagues regarding testing or training support matters. Assist in producing system manuals, training documentation, and process flows. What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and IT skills. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proactive team player and self-starter. Highly motivated and able to influence others. Commercial awareness and organisational skills. Experience in distribution and wholesale is desirable. ISEB/ISTQB certification. 2 years of test automation experience. SQL, Test Management Tools, GIT knowledge. Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, UNIX, Python, SmartBear TestComplete. What You’ll Get
