Test Planning & Execution: Create and execute manual and automated test plans for UI and APIs, ensuring systems meet high-quality standards. Collaboration: Work within Scrum teams, participating in ceremonies, estimating testing efforts, and resolving defects. Reporting & Analysis: Record and communicate test results, track issues, and provide actionable insights to improve products. Continuous Improvement: Maintain regression packs, stay updated on industry best practices, and contribute to process enhancements. Essential Skills

Familiarity with manual, exploratory, and automation testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver. Proficiency in C#, Java, SQL, and Visual Studio IDE. Experience with version control tools such as Git and knowledge of branching strategies. Understanding of HTML/CSS/DOM and testing across various OS and browsers. Strong problem-solving and time management skills, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development. ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level certification. Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps or similar SLC tools. Preferred Skills

A degree in computer science or a related field. Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Aware of OWASP Top 10 security flaws and testing techniques. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and automated builds/releases.
