THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Test Equipment Hardware Engineer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage formal qualification (Qual) tests for test equipment hardware. Align Test Equipment (TE) documentation with project requirements and ensure it is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. Set up and configure test rigs to meet the specifications required for formal qualification processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper rig setup and documentation alignment for smooth execution of the qualification process. Conduct formal qualification tests with a focus on accuracy and alignment with predefined standards. Maintain and manage TE documentation to ensure it is compliant with project standards and available for review. Ensure that all test equipment is properly configured, operational, and ready for qualification testing. SKILLS: Proficiency with Test Equipment (TE) hardware and rig setup. Experience in running formal qualifications (Qual) tests in alignment with documentation and engineering standards. Strong familiarity with TE documentation processes and ELMS (Engineering Lifecycle Management System). Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware setups during qualification processes. QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive experience working with test hardware in an engineering environment. Prior experience using ELMS or similar systems for managing test hardware documentation. Proven track record in setting up and running test rigs for formal qualifications.
