Test Manager

As our Test Manager, you support the Head of Product Experience by managing the operational direction for a team that ensures the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business requirements. Leveraging your expertise in continuous improvement initiatives, you understand how to motivate a team, identify strengths and areas of improvement while ensuring that tasks are managed successfully and all deadlines are met. You'll roll up your sleeves and muck in with testing where required, and use this experience to keep up to date with the effectiveness of both your processes and your team. Your track record includes successful strategy implementation in a high-performing team, demonstrating your ability to drive improvements in the development lifecycle, supporting and mentoring others both in your team and the wider business. We appreciate that to have a good life at work you need to have a good life outside of work too! So, for this role we offer: A basic salary of £36k-£45k per annum.
