As our Test Manager, you support the Head of Product Experience by managing the operational direction for a team that ensures the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business requirements. Leveraging your expertise in continuous improvement initiatives, you understand how to motivate a team, identify strengths and areas of improvement while ensuring that tasks are managed successfully and all deadlines are met. You'll roll up your sleeves and muck in with testing where required, and use this experience to keep up to date with the effectiveness of both your processes and your team. You’re passionate about elevating user experiences and ensuring that software products meet the highest quality standards before release. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to define quality objectives and establish metrics for measuring success while continuously improving testing strategies and practices, ensuring processes are reliable, repeatable and efficient. We'll be excited about you if: You anticipate issues before they arise, working with teams to address them early to improve product reliability and reduce the risk of last-minute surprises! You're a forward-thinking manager who implements cutting-edge testing methodologies to improve efficiency. Your track record includes successful strategy implementation in a high-performing team, demonstrating your ability to drive improvements in the development lifecycle, supporting and mentoring others both in your team and the wider business. We appreciate that to have a good life at work you need to have a good life outside of work too! So, for this role we offer: A basic salary of £36k-£45k per annum. Remote-first working & flexible hours: adjust your schedule to fit around your out-of-work commitments (as long as you're available for our core hours!). 24 days holiday (plus public holidays).
