Manchester: £63,857 - £71,959

Hybrid - 2 x days per week in Manchester office

Your Opportunity Awaits: As a Test Manager, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our software meets defined requirements, industry best practices, and operational excellence. With a focus on agile delivery, you'll support the Head of Test in building a robust testing function. This is your chance to mentor a dynamic team, shape processes, and lead projects that have a real impact.

What You'll Do: Lead testing activities, both functional and non-functional, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Plan, resource, and track test progress across multiple projects. Drive agile practices, continuous delivery, and automation. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors. Foster team growth through coaching, mentoring, and cross-skilling.

What will I need to succeed? Strong leadership skills with experience in managing test teams. Deep understanding of testing practices, automation tools, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
