On offer is the chance to kickstart your career as a Test Technician where you will be performing tasks such as aligning parts to build filters, fault finding, testing for purpose, specifications vibration and response to heat to ensure filters meet requirements. This Company has been established for over 30 years and now has an exciting opportunity for a junior quality inspector to join their team. They are nationally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Aerospace, Space and Defence industries. With the quality of their work, they have created a strong reputation for designing and building complete process solutions to the highest quality, providing customers with great efficiency. This role would suit someone who is motivated, always willing to learn, has a can-do attitude, and a real attention to detail looking to thrive at a new company with long-term stability. Ideally, you will have some exposure to manufacturing. The Role: Shift pattern: Week 1 Monday-Friday 06:00 - 14:00, Week 2 13:45 - 21:45 Test and align precision parts Comfortable using hand tools such as microscopes and hand tools to perform filing, grinding, deburring, and cutting Recording and taking data from analysers Making precision adjustments and modifications Working accordingly to the demands of the business The Person: Experience working in a team environment Willing to develop knowledge, skills, and experience Experience in an engineering environment If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
