About You: Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification Have or are working towards full membership of the RICS Pre and post contract cost management experience, including setting budgets, managing change, assessing risk and opportunity, and procurement. Experience of working as an Employers Agent or in a Project Monitoring Role would be beneficial. Experience of working with NEC, JCT, and bespoke forms of D&B Contracts.
