The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity that has been transforming the lives of people affected by drugs and alcohol misuse for over 40 years. Aspire
is a partnership between ADS and Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH). This partnership combines the strengths of NHS provision under the leadership of a consultant with the strengths of the voluntary sector provided by ADS. Together, they have provided Drug and Alcohol Services to local communities for over 20 years, focusing on innovative and responsive services that yield the best possible outcomes for service users. The community teams are a core element of the service, focusing on longer-term case management and improved outcomes for adults with substance-related issues. This includes a strong key working and care plan approach, alongside support for specialist prescribed interventions and harm reduction from our prescribing team, aimed at helping individuals lead fulfilling lives within their communities. If you are a qualified and registered Social Worker with experience or an interest in working with substance users, we would like to hear from you. Salary: £25,397 - £30,991 depending on experience. Generous annual leave: 29 days per annum, rising to 31 after 2 years and 34 after 5 years, plus Public Holidays.
