Are you ready to bring some magic to Blackpool Towers Food & Beverage experiences? We're searching for a Catering Manager who can inspire a team, elevate our catering operations, and ensure our guests have unforgettable experiences at every bite. From sipping tea in the iconic Tower Ballroom to enjoying a quick snack before exploring our attractions, you'll play a vital role in making every moment deliciously memorable. In this permanent full-time role, working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays, you'll take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs as smoothly as the dancefloor in our ballroom. Whether it's overseeing food preparation or setting service standards, you'll lead the team from the front, guaranteeing a seamless guest experience every time. You’ll take charge of financial management, hitting revenue targets while delivering exceptional quality with flair. Food safety and health & safety compliance will be at the heart of your operations, ensuring every catering area is spotless, well-stocked, and exceeds guest expectations. From glamorous ballroom soirées to corporate conferences, no two days are the same, and you'll ensure every event is a showstopper. As a leader, you'll recruit, train, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and passion to deliver dining experiences sprinkled with Merlin magic. Qualifications & Experience
A proven track record in managing F&B operations. Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to inspire a team. Exceptional organisational and communication abilities. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, payroll, and cost controls. Deep knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
