*** UNIT LEAD NURSE *** Location: Monmouthshire Hours: 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: Day shifts Salary: £23.05 per hour (£50,341 per annum) PLUS PAID BREAKS Type: Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Lead Nurse to join our clients team in a nursing home in Monmouthshire. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, ensure high standards of care, and contribute to a supportive environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage nursing staff effectively. Provide high-quality care to residents. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN OR RMN) with valid NMC registration. Previous leadership experience in a care setting is preferred.
