Record books remember the names of a few, but history is written by the many. About the Role:

We have an exciting new role within our Cost Optimisation group, which will play a pivotal role in our team's future success. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial and Finance, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining initiatives in support of non-F1 and excluded activities/events. The role will also require relationship management with external 3rd parties and sponsor events. Key Accountabilities (Duties): Develop a comprehensive understanding of the F1 financial regulations. Manage and support hardware supply for Marketing initiatives, activations and events. Work with Inventory & Finance Business Partnering to ensure cost cap compliance and data accuracy. Progress reporting of initiatives, updating the wider business on activities and impact. Work closely with Cost Analysts to agree the specification of hardware. Liaise with Commercial Finance where appropriate. Ensure consistency of approach and methodologies, aligning processes and standardising practices. Candidate Profile

Essential: The ideal candidate would have a background in high level motorsport. Confident operating independently, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Innovative and creative. Self-motivated, team player, passionate about working for our team, with a winning mindset. You should have the ability to build key relationships and be able to present complex information to a range of audiences. Benefits:
