Theatre Nurse
£32,500+ Per annum // £27ph Overtime Full time 4/5 Days Depending on Availability 8am-6pm Belfast Job Description:
At Blackfox we are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Nurse with experience in both scrub and anesthetic roles to join our client's dynamic surgical team in Belfast. As a Theatre Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical theatres, maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for procedures. Scrub in and assist surgeons during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile techniques. Monitor patients' vital signs and assist anaesthetists during the administration of anaesthesia. Provide support and reassurance to patients before, during, and after surgery. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of patient information and surgical procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN). Proven experience as a Theatre Nurse in scrubbing and anaesthetic roles. Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient safety and quality of care. The Benefits:
