Are you a Theatre Practitioner/ODP with a passion for ophthalmology? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their supportive theatre team at a state-of-the-art hospital in Banbury. This full-time role offers a chance to work in a state-of-the-art hospital and comes with a salary up to 36,000 and up to 3,600 welcome bonus!

Our client operates a purpose-built hospital that combines top-notch patient accommodation with the latest medical technology. The hospital is part of a renowned healthcare group, offering clinical care to private, insured, and NHS patients.

In the role of Theatre Practitioner/ODP, you will: Deliver high-quality treatment and exceptional patient care. Work full-time with shifts typically from 8am to 6pm, four days a week. Participate in limited weekend and on-call duties. Ensure patient safety and maintain a patient-focused service. Adapt to the changing needs of the business.

Package and Benefits: As a Theatre Practitioner/ODP, you can expect:

The ideal Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP will have:

Registration with the NMC/HCPC. Previous theatre experience in ophthalmology. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Strong time management and communication skills. A commitment to patient safety and excellent service delivery.
