Theatre Scrub Practitioner (ODP)

Up to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Main duties of the job As a ODP, Theatre Scrub Practitioner, you will:
Have experience and knowledge in all 3 areas, Scrub, anesthetics and recovery.
Preferably have ophthalmic scrub knowledge and hands-on experience.
Put the patient at the heart of everything you do.
Be part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team.
Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring.
Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.

You have the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Plus, you bring post-registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. You're also a great team worker.
