Minimum of one year's experience of working directly with high-risk and complex pupils in a recognized setting such as social work, youth work, or education. Substantial experience of supporting neurodiverse children with ASC and/or SEMH and an understanding of potential implications for communication, learning, and behaviour patterns. Positive role model, with emotional intelligence and resilience. Numeracy and Literacy qualifications at level two or above (or equivalent qualifications).
