Acorn Education is recruiting Therapeutic Support Workers to join our team in Shifnal, Shropshire. Ivy Farm is in the West Midlands division supporting young people aged 7-18 years with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The accommodation has a capacity of 5, located close to Shifnal, and will offer a holistic model of care and education designed to provide an enriching and positive environment. Ivy Farm is supported by a specialist independent Ofsted registered school that provides our young people a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. We are within commutable distance of Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Bromwich, and other surrounding towns and villages. We are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team! Our next Therapeutic Support Worker will be someone who has: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives.
