About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker in Special Education. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with pupils who have complex educational needs, communication difficulties, and challenging behaviors. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to pupils with special educational needs. Plan, deliver, monitor, and provide feedback on small group/1:1 interventions in coordination with the SEND department and school staff. Assist with the testing of pupils and check home-school contact books as necessary. Requirements:

GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or equivalent. A responsive and caring approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
