The Marisa Peer organisation is seeking a dynamic Coach and Therapist Marketing Executive to lead and develop a comprehensive program aimed at empowering therapists and coaches to elevate their business and marketing strategies. This role involves designing and implementing a program that supports cohorts of ~20 therapists and coaches over four to twelve week periods, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to boost client intake and ensure consistent earnings of $8,000 to $12,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development: Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of the program, including crafting lesson plans, developing core content, and delivering engaging coaching sessions. Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team and videographers to produce high-quality program materials. Group Coaching: Provide six hours of weekly group coaching, setting additional tasks and homework assignments as needed. Participant Management: Ensure the active participation of all therapists and coaches, with the authority to remove participants who do not fully engage with the program. Support for Participants: Assist therapists and coaches in defining their areas of expertise, creating digital programs, and building their own presences with the support of a creative team. Social Media and Marketing: Oversee the program’s coverage across relevant social channels, potentially working alongside a paid traffic specialist.

Skills & Experience Proven track record in business coaching, preferably within the health and wellness sector Experience in developing and delivering successful programs that achieve measurable results for clients Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and command a room Creative and strategic thinker, capable of building programs from the ground up.
