About the Role: As a vital member of the team, you will: Assess and develop personalised therapy plans to support communication and interaction skills. Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to deliver integrated support. Empower young people with the skills they need for independence and success. Key Requirements: A recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy (HCPC registered). Experience working with young people with SEND, particularly those aged 16-25.
