Halstead Hospital is a 20 bedded community ward, delivering inpatient rehabilitation to patients stepping down from acute hospitals or stepping up from the community. The team delivers personalised goal-based rehabilitation to optimise function, independence, health and wellbeing. In collaboration with community colleagues in health, social care and voluntary agencies, the team plans timely discharge ensuring continuity of care and appropriate ongoing support as required. We are keen to hear from experienced therapy assistants, or those who wish to start or progress in their careers to join our friendly established therapy team. Qualifications
GSCE level education or equivalent Driving License
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle Experience
Relevant experience in health / social care setting or equivalent IT Skills
Experience of using Systm One Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook packages Communication
High standard of written English and verbal communication skills Team Work
Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team Disclosure and Barring Service Check
