Therapy Assistant , you will play a vital role in helping children overcome behavioural and emotional challenges, supporting them on their journey to success. Working closely with trained therapists, teachers, and support staff, you will assist in delivering tailored therapeutic interventions to children with complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in behaviour management and therapeutic support. Key Responsibilities: Assist trained therapists in implementing strategies to support students with SEMH challenges. Provide one-to-one and group support, helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills. Work collaboratively with staff to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for learning. Support students in managing their behaviour and overcoming barriers to learning.
