As an integral part of the Weight Management Service (WMS), the post holder will support both the Children and Young People Weight Management Service (CYPWMS) and the Adult Weight Management Service (AWMS) multidisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and evaluate interventions to support adults, children, and young people with complex obesity and their families/carers. The post holder will carry a delegated caseload to support the patient/families with weight loss. They will be expected to liaise with a number of stakeholders and co-ordinate care. The post holder will support the work of registered dietitians as well as other clinicians in the multidisciplinary team and would be required to work within the British Dietetic Association (BDA) Professional Code of Conduct for dietetic assistants. The post holder will be working as part of the ABUHB Weight Management Service based at St Cadocs Hospital but would travel to different sites to deliver interventions. About us
