As a Third Party Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Network Management Team Leader and contributing to the success of our Third Party Claims Team. The Role Ensure that all required information is logged on the Claims Management System and passed to the appointed Claims Handlers / the Claims Inspector for investigation. Prioritise and regulate all CNF and high value claims. Assist in the co-ordination, prioritisation and monitoring of road safety schemes and activities. Proactively review claims to ensure an appropriate action is taken in respect of liability. Support the team by responding to enquiries or queries raised by claims handlers, insurers, solicitors and members of the public. Qualifications Good IT skills and conversant with Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise own work to support business objectives and priorities. Be self-motivating and able to manage own performance.
