Tier 1 Strategy firm - Strategy Consultant - Banking
Tassell Consulting London, United Kingdom Start-up feel strategy business looking for 3 hires to focus on strategy case work, benchmarking and data-driven projects working with major investment and corporate banks. With impressive growth over the past 3 years, our client has built a hybrid strategy and data/analytics business servicing major banks. This team sits in the middle, giving a chance to work a hybrid role; part strategy case work and part data-driven projects with top banks in the city. This is one of the top world brands in strategy, working with firms like Goldman, Barclays, and JP Morgan. The team, currently 5 people, are the fastest growing area in the company, and these roles offer the chance to have significant visibility to senior stakeholders in major FS businesses. We're looking for 3 exceptional individuals (2 more junior, 1 more senior) with 3 to circa 6-7 years' experience. Requirements for these roles: Background in either strategy consulting, benchmarking, data, research or a front office role in a bank. Sector experience in financial services, consulting or research at a suitable firm; knowledge of key terms and themes. Ability to interrogate data, evaluate it and extract insights for client queries. Excellent analytical, rational and problem-solving ability. Engaging presentation skills; ability to tell a story and run client meetings, dealing with challenging stakeholders in a professional manner. Ability to manage multiple projects and cases; excellent time management ability. Entrepreneurial, creative and collaborative mindset, demonstrating ownership and initiative. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability including pivots and detailed datasets.
