We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using TIG welding process with predominantly Stainless Steel. *Responsibilities* – Weld and assemble metal components with accuracy and efficiency – Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine welding requirements – Operate power tools and hand tools to prepare materials for welding – Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications – Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues *Requirements* – Proficient in TIG welding techniques – Experience with stick welding is advantageous – Ability to work with sheet metal materials – Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations – Competent in using power tools and hand tools – Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance Working hours are 7am – 3:30pm Monday to Thursday, 1pm finish Friday
