TIG Welder (Aluminium & TIG Welding Experience) PAY:
$23-25/hr (Depending on experience) TYPE:
Full Time LOCATION:
Cambridge, ON QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in TIG welding techniques. Valid GTAW (TIG) welding certificate is an asset. Previous experience in aluminum welding is highly preferred. Ability to read and follow blueprints and welding symbols. Familiarity with welding equipment and maintenance. Strong understanding of welding procedures, materials, and safety protocols. Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting materials. Commitment to workplace safety standards. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform precision TIG (GTAW) welding with a focus on aluminum materials. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain TIG welding equipment to ensure high-quality welds. Inspect welds for quality and address any issues to meet production standards. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools. Troubleshoot welding equipment and adjust settings as needed. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
