Fabrication & Assembly : Work from engineering drawings to create and assemble components. Finishing Excellence : Dress, fettle, and finish welded parts to meet exact specifications using power and hand tools. Quality Inspections : Ensure every piece meets our strict quality standards. Team Collaboration : Work with colleagues to optimise processes and improve productivity. Safety & Organisation : Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Requirements
Proven experience in
TIG welding , with MIG experience a bonus. A strong background in
sheet metal fabrication . The ability to read and interpret
technical drawings
and welding symbols with precision. Familiarity with power tools and safe working practices. Basic computer literacy for accessing work instructions and completing checklists.
