Head of Marketing, SMT, Buying Manager, Campaign Lead, and Marketing Team. Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic TikTok Content Creator to work with our Social Team to create trending videos that align with our brand tone of voice and target all our customer personas. As a TikTok Content Creator, you will engage with our audience through live streaming content creation on the TikTok platform. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in haircare and beauty, an excellent understanding of all major social media platforms, and the ability to contribute and execute creative ideas. Key Job Responsibilities: Create trending videos on TikTok with the Social Team and the wider marketing team. Host and participate in engaging TikTok Live sessions, showcasing products, answering questions, and fostering interaction with our audience. Monitor and moderate comments on TikTok Lives and other social media platforms, fostering positive engagement and addressing any inappropriate or negative comments promptly. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across social media channels, ensuring timely and helpful responses. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms, aligning with brand guidelines and objectives. Actively engage with followers, influencers, and brand advocates on social media, nurturing relationships and driving brand affinity. Essential Experience and Key Skills: Strong passion for TikTok and a solid understanding of the platform's culture and trends. Previous experience in video content creation on TikTok. Confident speaking in front of the camera on livestreams. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging and shareable content. Strong English and excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail. Time management and organizational skills. Additional Requirements: *Must have the right to work in the UK. Salary:
£23,795.20 - £24,500.00 per annum DOE Hours:
40 hours per week. Flexibility with working hours is required, including regular weekend work. Location:
