Tiling Solutions Account Manager
to look after the tiling products with Weber on a national scale across the UK & Ireland. The Tiling Solutions Account Manager will be solely responsible for the ownership and strategy for Weber’s tiling solutions. You’ll be going out and meeting with customers (both nationals and regionals) to drive our tiling product ranges across the UK & Ireland. We’re looking for someone who is driven, loves establishing new relationships with customers, and has a hunter-mentality able to spot and identify new commercial opportunities. This role will be covering the whole of mainland UK & Ireland. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must possess a full UK driving license.
What we’re looking for: You’ll have extensive sales experience, ideally within tile fixing, or a similar product range - you’ll have a proven track record of winning new business and covering accounts on a national scale. You will love being out and meeting merchant customers – both national and regional brands – we envision the successful candidate being out on the road at least 4 days a week. You’ll be customer driven, wanting to go above and beyond to meet customer needs and demands. You’ll have all the right attitudes towards sales; you’ll be proactive, possess excellent time management skills, and be hungry to deliver results. What you will be doing: Implementing and owning a commercial strategy for the tiling solution product bases at Weber. Involvement in contract support, supporting and negotiating commercial deals. Visiting our customer bases regularly, growing and building relationships with both national and regional accounts. Be the focal point between customers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders.
