About the job
As Till & Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service along with carrying out analysis of transactional reports. You'll be leading a team and will implement solutions to problems when they arise.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate would be someone who has past experience within a customer service environment. Strong leadership qualities and previous management experience are essential. You need to be confident in using a computer and have excellent numeracy skills. Experience in a retail environment is preferred. Being in this position, you will also need to be approachable, work well under pressure, and be able to meet deadlines.
