Forth Grass Machinery is a family business based in Dalgety Bay, Fife. We’ve been supplying clients across Fife, Perth, Edinburgh and the Lothians with high-quality Groundcare machinery & Plant since 2009.
Due to continued growth, we're now looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team.
Applicants must be able to diagnose and repair the full range of machinery, Plant, handheld & ground care equipment in our workshop and on-site.
As approved dealers for a number of leading brands including Bobcat, Husqvarna & Honda, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and aftercare to our customers. It’s therefore essential that you enjoy interacting with customers both face-to-face and on the phone.
We’re looking for a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing demands. We’re a small team, and everyone is required to be flexible and adaptable to support each other and our customers.
In addition to field and workshop activities, you will also be required to effectively manage your job cards, source parts, and carry out administration tasks. It's therefore essential that you have good attention to detail and are comfortable using different computer applications.
***Previous industry experience is essential***
All applicants must have a clean UK car driving licence
