What will you do as a Tire Sales Specialist (Fleet)?

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Source, track, and maintain leads for potential development opportunities. Sales and service of retail, fleet, commercial clients, and customers tire needs. Actively assist, sell, support, manage, and develop existing customers. Change tires, consult on product and services, answer questions, execute work orders, reconcile sales as needed. Identify, screen, and present qualified external clients and customers to join the brand. Travel to customer’s locations to assist in tire delivery, support, transport, answering questions, preparing service orders, support in the shop as requested. Selling company supported products and services, support in the tire shop as needed. Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, sitting, and squatting. Execute all phases of the sales process, including market planning, target opportunity selection, identify, and acquiring new customers. Scheduling fleet service appointments and coordinating appointments with the service department. Conducting fleet needs evaluations and providing customers with cost analysis and benefits. Ensuring prompt resolution of tire adjustments and ensuring that customer casings are handled appropriately. Deliver tires to customer, as needed. Maintain effective communications in partnership with all key areas, customers, internal and external stakeholders. Administer new and existing sales agreements, area development plans, and contract renewals. Ensure and enable the long-term success of all customers and clients. Continually utilize the business model and achieve realistic sales targets. Requirements

When/Where will you work? This role is based in our Auburn, Washington Store; Greater Puget Sound territory. Are you a good fit? We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals with experience in automotive, mechanical, repair, tire, and service industries. Ideally, you will have at least one year of experience in or automotive/repair/service industry. We provide complete training and certifications for our team. We need someone who has basic computer skills including MS365/Office, email, and database software. With these, you will be writing basic reports, correspondence, and using manuals. Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, to assess and best support customer’s needs, and partner with other team members as needed. Requirements:

A valid standard driver’s license (no CDL required), ability to lift 90-lbs, strong physical dexterity, mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills, ability to operate hand, power, and air compression/hydraulic tools, successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check. The following are required (or you’re willing to get certified through us): forklift and TIA. Physical Requirements and Working Environment:

Employees are regularly required to lift 90-lbs, stand, walk, use of both hands, arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling as required. Employees are regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions, vibrations, working near moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles, possible exposure risk to electrical shock, elevated noise and sounds within the working environment.
