The Role In this role, the Client Experience Advisor will be serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking web-based assistance over the phone, chat, or email. As part of this role, the Client Experience Advisor will: Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Record events and problems and their resolutions in a ticketing system. Liaise with clients; work hand in hand with JLR individuals and teams. Ensure all correct processes and procedures are followed. Identify issues through analyzing the team’s data. The web-based application will be provided on the UK JLR. About You This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual who can hit the ground running and has great interpersonal and communication skills. Our ideal Client Experience Advisor will also have: Experience in troubleshooting web-based issues. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
