We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tool Hire Desk Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on the tool hire desk in our Rayleigh depot, handle customer inquiries, process hire requests, and ensure efficient coordination of tool and equipment hire. If you are hard working, have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! Main Responsibilities: Working on the tool hire desk, including dealing with customer inquiries and hire requests. Provide expert advice on tool and equipment hire, helping customers select the right tools for their needs. Process hire contracts, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Maintain a clean and organized hire desk area and ensuring that all equipment is stored safely. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Provide an efficient and professional service to our customers. Demonstrate the use of equipment to customers (training will be given). Please be aware that at times you may be required to load equipment into or onto customers' vehicles, involving some heavy lifting. Previous tool hire experience is not necessary as we will provide you with all the relevant product knowledge and training that you require, to include PAT Testing, IPAF & PASMA courses, Manual Handling, Fork Lift Truck training, and many more. Minimum Requirements: Applicants are preferred to hold a full UK driving licence. This is an excellent opportunity to join an already successful company and become an integral part of the future of Mark One. This role is currently a Monday - Friday position, between 07.30 and 5.00pm; however, at some time in the future, the depots may re-open for trading on Saturday mornings. If this is the case, then you will be expected to work Saturdays on a rota basis. Job Type:
