Your mission at LINDAL
This role involves operating toolroom machinery, interpreting technical drawings, and assembling, repairing moulds. Responsible for the maintenance, changes and repairs of plastic injection mould tools. Repair and maintain mould tools. Attend breakdowns, identify faults, problem-solve issues and address with minimal downtime to aid production. Estimate length of time required to complete a job. Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations. Ensure company targets are met in respect of quality and efficiency. Manufacture new tooling and ancillary spares to support production activity. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance on mould tools. Carry out scheduled tool version changes. Be actively involved in improvement activities to support the achievement of departmental and company objectives. Your profile
