Previous toolroom experience within an extrusion environment

Overview for the Toolroom Manager role: Working for a large manufacturing business that has manufacturing plants in the UK and EU, we now require a Manager to lead the Die Shop. Your department will consist of 15 employees that are all permanent workers for the business with 30+ years of experience between them. This is a great opportunity to make the department your own - putting in KPI's and performance trackers and structuring the day for the team so that they are all directed to achieve company performance and output. You will work closely with the Operations Manager being supported by a Team Leader and Senior Die Corrector.

The ideal candidate / Toolroom Manager may have some of the following: Previous experience managing a Toolroom in an extrusion manufacturing environment A strong communicator with the ability to coach and lead. Commutable from:

Loughborough, Leicester, Coalville, Derby, Nottingham and surrounding areas.
