Total Rewards Manager Role Context: The primary objective of this role is to manage the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Recognition and Wellbeing program and projects in line with the broader People and Enterprise strategy. You'll be: Reporting into the Director – Total Rewards, the Total Rewards Manager will be required to work collaboratively with the People teams globally to ensure alignment between the strategic objectives of the function and the operational delivery within the regions / locations across Worley – this will cover: Service Recognition Employee Assistance Program Global Mental Health Network You'll have: Extensive People team experience, including experience working with multi-country, multi-functional groups. Previous experience working within global teams and engaging effectively with global stakeholders. Experience managing global contracts, negotiating in conjunction with Corporate Procurement. Experienced at supplier management on a global scale. Project Management skills – understand the key stages and requirements to effectively manage a people project to completion, including stakeholder engagement, effective risk management and comprehensive communication and change management practices. Relevant graduate qualifications, HR / benefits accreditation, training or equivalent. Highly proficient with all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and good understanding of Power BI. People Skills: Excellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Worley’s needs. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups. Excellent analytical skills, experience in analyzing raw data to draw relevant conclusions and support recommendations. Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity. Ability to handle large amounts of confidential information and detail in an organized, efficient manner even when under pressure. Able to work autonomously and actively seek out areas for development and improvement within the business and prioritize workload accordingly. Approachable, team player with good problem-solving skills. Good presence and able to build credibility.
