Supporting the Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for wellness strategy initiatives by delivering support and research. You will be the subject matter expert for the organization on their benefits and pensions packages. Responsibilities
Monitor developments and trends in Total Rewards. Identify best practices and changes in compliance. Lead the ongoing administration of pension plans. Monitor and identify best practices and policies. Perform audits on Total Rewards related processing to ensure compliance with internal and external standards including legislation changes and market movement. Conduct analysis of benefits and wellness processes and procedures with a focus on process improvement and efficient use of resources. Take part in annual benefit renewal, related communications, administration, and new program implementation and contract management. Requirements
