Dorset An exciting new opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Town Planner in Dorset! My client is a Planning and Development Consultancy offering practical advice to landowners and developers seeking planning permission across the South-East. They have a solid record of success across a range of land and property development projects, from small plots to large housing schemes, to complex, mixed-use developments. The close-knit team are now looking to make the addition of an experienced Town Planner to join them working on a range of residential, commercial, and strategic Land projects. We are seeking applications from candidates with the following skills and qualifications: RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or equivalent qualification. MRTPI Chartership, working towards or eligible for chartership. Previous experience in a Planning role, either public or private sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
