Role Overview:
As a Town Planner, you will be involved in a wide range of exciting planning projects across the South West. You will work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, providing expert advice, drafting planning applications, and ensuring compliance with planning policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities as a Town Planner: Preparing and submitting planning applications Conducting site assessments and planning appraisals Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders Advising on planning policies and regulations Assisting with public consultations and community engagement Contributing to the growth and success of the planning team Key Requirements as a Town Planner: Experience in Town Planning A relevant degree or qualification in Town Planning (RTPI accredited) Strong knowledge of planning policies and procedures Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive attitude with a passion for planning and development Interested?
