Town Planner . Our client has over 20 offices and 200 staff throughout the region and works on diverse projects across the residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors. In this role, the Town Planner will have the opportunity to take responsibility for their own caseload, with the opportunity to work to secure new instructions and contribute to the growth of the department. Responsibilities
Planning experience (from either the private or public sector) RTPI/RICS qualified (or working towards this) A sound knowledge of residential, commercial, and agricultural planning The confidence to manage your own caseload (with the support of the wider team) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge/experience of planning within the South West (preferable but not essential) Salary / Benefits
