Job Title: Planning Lead
Location: St Mary's Mill, Chalford, Stroud (Flexible remote working with adaptable hours)
Salary: £35-50k per annum (depending on experience)
Terms: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)
The Role:
I am currently working with one of my clients who are looking for a Planning Lead to help develop innovative planning tools, assess sites, and manage planning applications and appeals. You will work closely with the directors of the Architecture team and software team to drive efficiency and accuracy in the planning process. They are a small business focusing on self-build projects across the country so not your 'typical' planning consultancy!
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing sites for planning suitability Submitting and managing planning applications and appeals Collaborating with the tech team to improve planning tools Keeping up to date with changes in planning legislation Identifying areas with high planning success rates Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about self-build and technology. You don't need to have extensive experience, but you should be excited about working in a tech-driven, multi-disciplinary team.
