Its in-house team of planners, architects, and landscape architects work in unison to deliver a fully integrated approach to development, guiding projects seamlessly from concept to completion.
The Practice has a strong track record of securing planning permissions for even the most challenging sites, and our nationwide portfolio includes a diverse range of projects. These span, but are not limited to, high-end residential developments, commercial and tourism schemes, luxury coastal properties, bespoke homes, and renewable energy developments.
What the Practice Offers:
Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (doe)

The Successful Candidate Will:
Ideally have a planning degree or qualification
Have 5+ years’ experience in a planning role
Be working towards, or willing to work towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI
Have experience in client facing work
Be a critical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Be organised, flexible, proactive and professional and commercially minded
Be enthusiastic about working collaboratively with other professionals within the business
