They have a team of 12 passionate planning professionals committed to shaping better environments for communities across the UK. As a Town Planner, you will play a pivotal role in their dynamic team, collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging your expertise to drive successful planning projects. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting research and analysis to support planning applications. Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and planning applications. Providing expert advice on planning policies and regulations. Contributing to the development of strategic planning initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Town Planning or related field. Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is desirable. Proven experience in town planning, preferably within a consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of UK planning policies, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
