TPEM Dimensional Systems Engineer
to join their team. Job Description Role is across Upfront Feasibility, into Vehicle Launch. Problem solving Planning Core tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Skills Required BIW Manufacturing Tooling Knowledge Capability Knowledge Feasibility of CAD, tolerances and DVA model inputs GD&T 2D drawing knowledge Supplier and Team Communication and presentation skills Confident in front of seniors Nice to Have Criteria: Catia V6 beneficial but Visualisation would be enough Additional Information: A good understanding of BIW tooling and ability to review and offer solutions to improvement of dimensional stability of the vehicle is key. In the Feas stage, knowledge of slip plane and general tolerancing, interpretation of DVA models is required. Some training can be given, as we have personnel across these areas.
