Join us as a Registered Nurse for a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acute needs. Applicants will need Tracheostomy training and have been clinically assessed within. You will be supporting adults with complex mental health needs and neuro disabilities including Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease. As a Registered Nurse, you will be empowered to really make a difference. The client's high staffing levels give you the time to provide truly person-centred nursing care, with a supportive team around you. You will provide the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs. Their care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assessing, planning and implementing care for the people you support. Providing person-centred and evidence-based nursing care. Developing collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Safe administration of medication. Promoting health and wellbeing. Being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift. Managing situations when people display behaviours which may challenge. You must have previous nursing experience and be able to prove this with your PIN. You will need to provide: Passport, Evisa, Driving Licence or Birth Certificate. Two utility bills (within 3 months). Clean DBS check or be willing to complete one. Training certificates. Tracheostomy Training Certificate. If you have subscribed to the DBS update service, please mention this to us and you will be fast-tracked through our compliance process. If you bring a friend with you with the relevant experience (RGN, RMN or Care Worker), Careat will pay you a bonus of £50 (HCA) or £200 (RGN), terms & conditions apply.
