This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and providing essential administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries. Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions. Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a trade counter or plumbers' merchant environment is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous. Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
