Role and Responsibilities As Trade Marketing Director, you will lead our efforts to transform perceptions and drive digital revenue growth. Develop and own the trade marketing strategy and budget, bringing the "Where People Live" brand positioning to life across the industry. Drive digital consideration with advertisers and agencies through impactful marketing and communication strategies. Manage the trade and product marketing team, fostering a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and excellence. Organise bespoke events and strategic industry sponsorships to amplify Reach’s presence at key events like Ad Week, Media360, and Cannes. Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including agency marketing teams and trade/industry press. Represent Reach Solutions positively, upholding our commitment to diversity, innovation, and collaboration. Qualifications

We’re seeking a dynamic leader who brings: A deep understanding of the agency market and strong relationships within the advertising ecosystem. Proven experience in a senior trade marketing role, with a track record of driving growth and innovation. Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, including managing budgets and organizing impactful events. Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in trade marketing, ensuring Reach remains at the forefront of the industry. Additional Information
