Carwow Leasey is the latest addition to the Carwow Group and we have exciting ambitions to significantly grow this business offering a market leading leasing proposition to Carwow’s millions of car changing customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Reporting into the Carwow Growth Marketing Director, the Trading Marketing Lead will coordinate and lead marketing activity across channels to help accelerate the growth of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You’ll be responsible for developing leasing focused campaigns and promotions aligned with our overall growth objectives, working closely with the channel teams for their execution and ongoing optimisation.
You’ll support the Leasey sales team by surfacing deal content and amplifying it across marketing channels and across the Carwow Group platforms and touchpoints.
The role will ensure all Leasey-focused activity is driving a profitable ROI and will utilise data and analytics to identify and inform optimisation opportunities.
You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across Leasey and the Carwow Group to understand their needs and challenges and will monitor market dynamics and competitor activity whilst leveraging consumer insights to drive the effectiveness of the marketing.
You’ll report to key stakeholders on Leasey trading performance and the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives and will be responsible for proactively identifying new growth opportunities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS 5 years or more experience / evidence developing and executing an end-to-end, multi-channel B2C marketing strategy.
Demonstrated ability to tactically drive demand towards supply, using a data-driven approach to inform the appropriate channel mix.
Understanding of the nuances of marketing within marketplaces, with strategies to maximise marketplace performance.
Bonus: Experience developing B2B marketing strategies.
