Job Description Create a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand building. Collaborate with NPD to leverage market trends for effective product positioning. Work with the Sales Team on tailored initiatives to drive growth in key accounts and retail partnerships. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels for core products. Oversee packaging design and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity and regulations. Manage product launches from concept to execution, including pre-launch, in-market activation, and post-launch analysis. Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, competition, and trends, using sales data and feedback to identify opportunities. Drive digital marketing efforts, managing the website, social media, and email campaigns while creating engaging content. Foster relationships with external agencies and influencers to support digital initiatives. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance and ROI. Collaborate with retailers on joint marketing initiatives and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI, with monthly expenditure tracking. The Successful Applicant At least 5 years of experience in a marketing position, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG industries. Proficient in digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing; knowledgeable in data analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Proven track record of successfully launching products and executing effective marketing campaigns. Experience collaborating with New Product Development (NPD) and Sales teams to meet business objectives. Strong financial insight with experience in managing marketing budgets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels (both internal and external). Exceptional organizational abilities.
